Cheif Engineer - Hospitality

Job Description:

• Managing Hotel maintenance and Operations i-e HVAC, Generators, Electrical System, Hot water Boiler & Fire Fighting Pump, 
• Conduct regular inspection of equipment and system
• Managing maintenance Budget
• Develop and implement maintenance schedule & implement preventive maintenance program.
• Identify potential issue and addressing them before they cause disruption.
• R&M, CAPEX Budgeting.
• Cost effective and timely procurement of required material and services.
• Project Management & Asset Management.
• Vendor handling & Team Management
• Emergency response & Ensure Compliance with safety policies and codes.

Qualification & Experience:

• B Tech/BSC Electrical Engineering
• 8 - 10 Years of Experience in engineering or maintenance management within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in building management systems and maintenance software.
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
