Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment services, facility management, or the construction industry and a proven track record of generating leads, converting them into business opportunities, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition:
- Identify, engage, and onboard new clients in the recruitment, FM, or construction sectors.
- Understand client requirements, present tailored recruitment solutions, and close deals.
- Lead Generation & Market Research:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and emerging opportunities.
- Leverage networks, cold calls, emails, and business platforms to generate leads.
- Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for client needs, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy:
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets.
- Prepare sales pitches, proposals, and presentations customized to client needs.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure seamless delivery of candidates as per client requirements.
- Share client feedback with internal teams to improve service offerings.
- Reporting:
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including pipelines, contracts, and follow-ups.
- Provide regular updates on sales targets and performance to management.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of proven experience in business development, preferably in recruitment, FM, or construction industries.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and industry-specific hiring trends is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Proficient in using CRM tools, MS Office, and business networking platforms (e.g., LinkedIn).
