Analyst, Contracts & Procurement

Responsibilities:

• Execute procurement activities in efficient, ethical and professional manner and in accordance with Companys policies and procedures to ensure shareholders and MTJA approvals to avoid potential non cost recovery and production downtime.
• Formulate Contracting Strategy, prepare ITB/RFQ; evaluate Technical and Commercial Proposal and Monitor ACV to ensure full compliance with the established policies to ensure shareholders and MTJA approvals for full cost recovery.
• Conduct market survey, develop contracting strategies and prepare tender packages for materials and services to meet Companys operating requirements.
• Compile Contract documents, resolve post award issues/dispute with Contractors, review and approve Contract Closure and review necessary information for preparation of Contractor Performance Evaluation.
• Conduct bid evaluation, technical clarifications and conclude award recommendation within target schedule to avoid disruption to company activities and maintain complete documentation for audit trail.
• Obtaining approvals for Change Orders, Term Extension & Additional ACV to ensure continuity of services and facilitate post-award meetings with Contractors to resolve any issues/dispute.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Business Studies or professional qualification in related fields.
• 3 to 6 years experience in oil and gas industry especially in PSC environment.
• Competent with Computerized Materials and Maintenance System such as SAP.
