Key Responsibilities:

  1. Administrative Support:

    • Organize and maintain office filing systems, both electronic and physical.

  2. Data Entry and Management:
    • Accurately input and maintain data in databases and spreadsheets.
    • Perform routine updates to data records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Generate reports or summaries based on database information when required.
    • Manage and track office supplies, ensuring the office is adequately stocked with necessary materials.
  3. Communication and Correspondence:
    • Draft, proofread, and send professional emails and letters.
    • Maintain communication with internal teams, clients, and vendors through phone, email, and other communication platforms.
    • Assist with organizing travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  4. Technology Utilization:
    • Utilize office software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook to complete various tasks efficiently.
    • Assist in troubleshooting basic computer issues, including software or hardware problems, or coordinate with IT support when needed.
    • Update and maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring information is easily accessible to team members.
  5. Project Assistance:
    • Provide support for special projects, including research, document preparation, and coordination of resources.
    • Assist with organizing events, such as meetings, conferences, and company functions, including venue arrangements and coordination of materials.
  6. General Office Maintenance:
    • Help maintain a clean and organized office environment.
    • Assist with basic office maintenance tasks, such as photocopying, faxing, and scanning documents.
    • Ensure the office's technological equipment, such as printers, fax machines, and computers, are operational.

Skills and Qualifications:
