  3. Troubleshooting and Technical Support:
    • Provide technical support to other employees in the office, helping resolve basic computer issues.
    • Troubleshoot hardware and software problems and escalate issues to senior IT staff if necessary.
    • Assist with the setup and configuration of new computer systems and devices.
  4. File Management:
    • Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring data is securely stored and accessible.
    • Backup important files and data as per company policy.
    • Ensure that file management procedures comply with security standards and regulations.
  5. Software Updates and Maintenance:
    • Perform regular software updates and patches on office computers to ensure they are running the latest versions and security protocols.
    • Assist with maintaining virus protection software and conducting system scans to prevent malware.
  6. Administrative Support:
    • Assist administrative staff with basic office technology-related tasks.
    • Perform routine office duties like printing, scanning, and copying documents.
    • Manage physical and digital inventories of office equipment and software.
  7. Collaboration:

Qualifications:
