Summary

Our client is looking for a Physical Therapist to join their team! As a Physical Therapist, you will use your clinical expertise to motivate and guide patients toward improved movement, reduced pain, and enhanced functionality. You will assess, plan, and implement customized treatment programs for a range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, ultimately helping patients achieve a higher quality of life.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth evaluations to determine the patient's physical condition, functional limitations, and rehabilitation goals
  • Develop individualized treatment plans using clinical insights and evidence-based methods
  • Coordinate daily schedules to optimize patient care and workflow
  • Deliver various therapeutic exercises, manual therapies, and modalities to facilitate healing and restore mobility
  • Track and revise treatment strategies to ensure steady progress toward established goals
  • Maintain thorough and current patient documentation, including initial assessments, progress updates, and discharge summaries
  • Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment choices, and practical self-care approaches
  • Provide guidance on at-home exercises and activities to promote ongoing improvement
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team to deliver comprehensive patient support
  • Follow all relevant legal, ethical, and professional standards of practice
  • Remain knowledgeable about industry best practices, emerging trends, and continuing education requirements

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation principles
  • Effective clinical reasoning and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to function independently and as part of a collaborative team

Education/Certification Requirements

  • Must have an active Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida
  • A CPR/BLS certification is required

Compensation Notice

  • This role offers an estimated annual base salary range of $100,000 to $120,000. Actual compensation packages are determined by various factors unique to each candidate, including, but not limited to, skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and qualifications.
