Opportunity Details
Working Location: Phu Nhuan, Ho Chi Minh City.
Working Time: Monday to Friday, flexible business hours to meet client needs.
Employment Type: Full-time, On-site.
Compensation: Base salary ranging from 1,200 to 2,000 USD gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications, plus a sales incentive scheme.
Benefits: Healthcare package and guaranteed 13th-month salary.
Reporting Line: Reports to the Business Development Manager (Vietnamese).
Team Management: Individual contributor role with no team management responsibilities.

Role Purpose
This role emphasizes driving business growth through client acquisition and relationship management. Candidates will be crucial in expanding SGH Asia’s market presence and achieving substantial sales growth. The final title and responsibilities will vary based on the candidate’s experience level and expertise, ranging from Junior Sales Manager to Sales Manager.
Main Objectives
Sales Growth: Achieve revenue targets by securing new clients and expanding relationships with existing ones.
Client Focus:Ensure long-term customer satisfaction by delivering tailored IT solutions that meet client needs.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities
Identify and engage potential clients through research and networking.
Present and effectively communicate the value of IT solutions to prospective clients.
Close deals and oversee client onboarding to ensure a seamless experience.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for meeting sales goals.
Monitor sales activities and maintain records using CRM tools.
Provide insights on market trends and client needs to inform product development.
Represent SGH Asia at industry events and conferences to expand your network.
Requirements
Must-have Requirements
Education & Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Professional Experience: Flexibility in experience levels, from entry-level (minimum 2 years) to senior roles (10+ years), all requiring familiarity with IT solutions, SaaS, or digital transformation sectors.
Language Skills: Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
Technical Skills: Strong sales acumen, including communication, negotiation, consultative selling, and experience with CRM tools.
