What you will learn and do:

Foundations of Payroll Management:

• Understand how payroll is processed, including gathering and verifying employee data.
• Learn about Malaysian statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS) and how they impact payroll compliance.
• Assist in handling payroll related queries to see how HR supports employees.

Recruitment:

• Get involved in the end to end recruitment process, from crafting job advertisements to coordinating interviews.
• Learn how to screen resumes and maintain a talent pipeline for various industries.
• Discover the art of matching candidates to the right roles.

Immigration Services Simplified:

• Gain exposure to the documentation process for work permits, employment passes, and visas.
• Understand Malaysian immigration laws and their role in HR services.
• Learn how HR supports international mobility for employees.

HR Advisory Basics:

• Assist in creating and reviewing HR documents like employment contracts, policies.
• Conduct research on Malaysian labour laws and regulations to support advisory services.
• Be part of projects that ensure clients comply with HR standards.

Real World Client Interaction:

• Learn how to liaise with clients and gather necessary data for HR services.
• Assist in maintaining client relationships and ensuring smooth service delivery.
• Participate in client meetings and learn about HR consulting in action.

Qualifications and skills:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelors in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and/or Bahasa Malaysia).
• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn.
