We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) Manager to lead our team of SDRs in driving revenue through strategic prospecting and outbound sales efforts. The SDR Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the company's sales strategy and building a high-performing team that consistently meets and exceeds sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive lead generation and sales pipeline growth- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of SDRs to ensure performance goals are met
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team and individual performance
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to SDR team members
- Develop training programs and resources to support ongoing team development and skill improvement
- Utilize CRM systems and sales tools to track progress, analyze data, and report on team performance
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in sales development and lead generation
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus)
- 3+ years of experience in sales development or a related field, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills- Excellent analytical and problem
-solving abilities- Experience with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of the [industry/niche] market is a plus
