Job Summary:

The Senior Product Specialist is responsible for supporting the end-to-end management of the company's platform features, ensuring they align with user needs and business objectives. This role requires close collaboration with various cross-functional teams to deliver product enhancements, focusing on delivering superior user experiences and meeting organizational goals. The Senior Product Specialist will contribute their expertise to the product development process, supporting key initiatives and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in defining and prioritizing product requirements based on market research, user feedback, and business needs.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines.
• Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure the successful delivery of product features.
• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify potential areas for product innovation.
• Support in the development, testing, and deployment of product features.
• Monitor product performance metrics, identify opportunities for improvements, and propose enhancements.
• Collect and analyze user feedback to guide product decision-making and feature optimizations.
• Ensure product features meet high standards for quality, scalability, and usability.
• Assist in creating detailed product documentation, including requirements, workflows, and user stories.
• Communicate product progress, challenges, and updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment.

Person Specification:

Educational and Professional Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in product management or a related role.
• Bachelors degree in Product Management, Business, or a relevant field.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.

Skills and Competencies:

• Proficient in product lifecycle management, including ideation, development, and optimization.
• Experienced in collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-centered solutions.
• Strong analytical skills to translate market trends, user feedback, and performance data into actionable product decisions.
• Effective communicator with the ability to present product updates and strategies clearly to stakeholders.
