The UiPath Software Developer will play a crucial role in collaborating with our internal UiPath product management team and vendor teams to enhance and optimize our UiPath systems. This position operates with minimal supervision, exercising independent judgment within defined parameters. The responsibilities include developing and customizing technical aspects of UiPath, collaborating with functional leaders to determine requirements, and translating them into effective tools within the UiPath environment. Additionally, this role involves ensuring the stability of the UiPath bot, managing platform upgrades, mentoring staff, and developing best practices for RPA.

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science
- UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD)
- Proven ability to design and implement RPA automation solutions
- Strong skills in creating technical specifications and designs
