What We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) – Essential!
• Intermediate English skills – You’ll communicate with colleagues and clients in English.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay organized.
• Previous experience in customer service or tech support is a plus but not required.
• EU citizenship, or a valid Full-purpose & Specific-purpose work permit card, or a Certificate of Protection (refugees).
