Software International (SI) supplies technical talent to a variety of clients ranging from Fortune 100/500/1000 companies to small and mid-sized organizations in Canada/US. We currently have a 14 month renewable contract as a SAP IBP Consultant with our large SAP consulting client, working on one of their client projects. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in office requirement at clients office in Mississauga, ON.
Role: SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Consultant
Type: Contract
Duration: 14 months to start + possible extensions
Rate: $90 - $100/hr + C2C - depending on overall experience
Location:Hybrid, Mississauga, ON, Canada (2 days onsite)
The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Analyst will be responsible for supporting the IBP project team and developing analytics to drive business decisions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Some key responsibilities include:
- Support the IBP project team in the development and implementation of integrated business planning processes
- Develop and maintain analytics and reporting tools to provide insights into business performance and support decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate and analyze data, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for senior management and stakeholders
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the IBP process for the duration of the project
- Develop integration specifications with the project team
- Provide support on master data cleansing and
- Hypercare support for each phase of the project
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Proven experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SAP IBP, Power BI, Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of integrated business planning processes and methodologies is a plus
- Understanding of applicable computer systems such as: SAP ERP / BW, MS Office Suite
