Our client is seeking an accomplished Head of Investment Advice to oversee their investment advisory team in Cyprus. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in investment management and a passion for delivering high-quality, personalised advice to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the firms investment advisory strategy for the Cyprus market, aligning with overall business objectives and client needs.

- Lead and mentor the investment advisory team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous learning.

- Provide expert investment advice to high-net-worth clients, ensuring strategies are aligned with their financial goals and risk tolerance.

- Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, investment opportunities, and potential risks.

- Oversee the development and implementation of investment portfolios, ensuring optimal asset allocation in line with clients objectives.

- Monitor investment performance and client satisfaction, making necessary adjustments to advisory approaches as required.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing proactive communication and support.

- Stay informed about regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and best practices within the advisory function.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA) or relevant professional qualifications (CFA, CFP) is preferred.

- Significant experience (10+ years) in investment management or financial advisory roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.

- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and providing tailored investment advice.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and make informed investment decisions.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach to service delivery and relationship management.

- In-depth knowledge of investment products, asset classes, and portfolio management strategies relevant to the Cyprus market.
