Senior Manager Corporate Sales

Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Senior Manager Corporate Sales to lead our sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in field sales, team leadership, and selling software solutions. This role requires strategic planning and exceptional relationship-building skills to drive business growth and achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Field Sales: Oversee and manage field sales operations to ensure targets are achieved and exceeded.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and support the sales team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Software Sales: Develop and execute strategies to effectively sell software solutions.
• Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and implement strategies to capture and grow market share.
• Strategic Planning: Design and implement sales strategies that align with the companys objectives.
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance data to optimize strategies and achieve objectives.

Requirements:

• 5+ Years of proven experience in field sales, Corporate Sales and software solution selling.
• Strong understanding of market sales dynamics.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate sales with a focus on software solutions.
• Demonstrated success in managing sales teams and achieving sales targets.
