What You'll Do: You'll experience a diverse range of medical and surgical caseloads, including:

Medical:

• Addisons, Diabetes, Otitis Externa, Dermatology (lots!), Hyperthyroidism, and much more.

Surgical:

• Lap spays, mass removals (wide and narrow margins), CCWO, TECAs, Exlaps, GI FB removals, Toe/Limb/Tail amputations, eye surgery, AGS resections, BOAS surgery, and more.

Exotics:

• Snake enucleation, reptile exlaps, C-sections in chameleons, avian investigations/surgery, and more.

You will be supported in improving your skills in all these areas and more, with the aim of making you a better vet medically, surgically, emotionally, and spiritually. This role is about developing your expertise, not just passing cases off to others.

What the Role Looks Like: Imagine having 30-minute consultations that allow you to focus on not just clinical resolution but also client satisfaction. Hear feedback like:

You'll have time to truly work up your cases, seeing no more than 15 clients a day and performing no more than 3 procedures daily. With no branch practices (single-site), you wont waste time on the road either.

They offer you the freedom to negotiate your salary with a bi-annual salary review every six months.

What They Offer:

• Salary starting at £35k, with potential to increase to £50k.
• 36 hours/week (4 days).
• CPD allowance starting at £2k.
• 5 weeks of holiday, including bank holidays.
• No routine weekend or evening call-outs, with a dedicated OOH practice handling all after-hours emergencies.
