What You'll Do:

As a Financial Analyst on our dynamic finance team, you will be a strategic partner for all departments, delivering precise financial reports and insights that guide key decisions.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Innovate: Be the force behind financial forecasting and management reporting, shaping the most important business decisions.
  • Strategic Partner: Work closely with various teams to turn numbers into action, helping everyone achieve their goals.
  • Optimize Processes: Improve financial workflows, making them faster and more efficient to help the business grow smarter.
  • Advise and Guide: Use your financial expertise to assist in capital planning, ensuring investments align with our client's global objectives.

What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like:

  • Deliver accurate, insightful financial reports that provide real value.
  • Oversee monthly closings and consolidate management reporting.
  • Collaborate on developing annual operating and capital budgets.
  • Partner with budget owners to manage spending on headcount, operating expenses, and financial targets.
  • Use financial models to support key projects.
  • Contribute to manufacturing and inventory accounting, including variance analysis.
  • Challenge the status quo by driving continuous process improvements and maintaining strong internal controls.

What Were Looking For:

  • Degree in Finance or Economics (Bachelors or Masters).
  • 1-5 years of experience in a multinational company (preferably in manufacturing or supply chain).
  • Proficiency with SAP and strong Excel skills.
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and inventory accounting.
  • Experience in business partnering and building effective relationships.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with clear and persuasive communication.
  • Fluency in English and Dutch.
