Responsibilities:

• • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape to shape the product vision and strategy.
    
  • Define clear and compelling product goals that drive innovation and market differentiation.
    
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, business units, and development teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
    
  • Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items for development sprints.
    
  • Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
    
  • Develop and communicate a product roadmap that outlines planned features and their delivery timeline.
    
  • Work closely with design, development, and QA teams to ensure successful implementation of features, following Agile methodologies.
    
  • Provide timely and clear guidance to development teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
    
  • Participate in sprint planning, review, and retrospective meetings to facilitate effective development processes.
    
  • Review and accept completed work items, ensuring they meet the defined acceptance criteria.
    
  • Analyze product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
    
  • Iterate on the product based on insights gathered from data and user interactions.
    
  • Communicate product updates, changes, and progress to stakeholders.
    
  • Address inquiries and feedback from various stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a technology-driven environment.
• Proven ability to deliver successful digital or physical products.
• Proficiency with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Figma.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and lifecycle.
• Experience with data analytics tools and techniques is a plus.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication skills, including the ability to present ideas effectively to diverse audiences.
