Senior Full Stack Software Engineer Website & Marketing

The Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer with a strong focus on frontend development to support our Website & Marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining user-facing websites and implementing features for CMS and CRM systems, all while ensuring optimal performance, usability, and responsiveness.

While your primary focus will be on frontend technologies (approximately 80% of the role), you will also contribute to backend functionality when required, ensuring seamless integration between the frontend and backend systems.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain high-performance and responsive websites, delivering a best-in-class user experience.

Implement and improve features for our CMS, enabling marketing teams to manage content efficiently.

Work on integrations with marketing tools, CRMs, and analytics platforms to support marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with designers, product owners, and marketing stakeholders to create visually appealing and functional solutions.

Contribute to backend functionality when necessary, ensuring seamless API integrations with frontend components.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a strong emphasis on scalability and performance.

Debug and optimize the frontend experience across multiple browsers and devices.

Stay updated on frontend trends, ensuring we leverage modern, impactful web technologies.

Participate in code reviews and collaborate with team members to maintain a highstandard of development.

Skills & Requirements

Must Have:

3+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on frontend technologies.

Proficiency in React and related libraries/tools (e.g., Redux, React Query, or similar).

Familiarity with Nx or other tools for managing scalable frontend codebases.

Strong understanding of modern HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.

Experience with responsive web design, cross-browser compatibility, and performance optimization.

Experience integrating frontend systems with REST APIs or GraphQL backends.

Knowledge of modern build tools like Webpack, Vite, or similar.

Basic backend development experience with Node.js (preferred) or other frameworks to support integrations and APIs.

Proficiency with Git for version control and experience with CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to Have:

Experience working with CMS platforms and building custom CMS features or plugins.

Familiarity with CRM platforms and marketing tools such as Optimove, Bitrix, or similar.

Exposure to analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) and implementing tracking mechanisms.

Knowledge of container technologies like Docker and cloud platforms such as AWS.

Prior experience working in online betting, e-commerce, or highly user-focused applications.
