What You Do With Our Training and Your Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth commissioning of security equipment installations, collaborating with Project Engineers and Contractors.
• Review designs and manage on-site commissioning activities to meet high standards.
• Develop comprehensive commissioning plans and maintain detailed records.
• Outline standardized procedures and create user-friendly Systems Manuals.
• Motivate teams and guide testing processes to ensure optimal performance.
• Address commissioning issues with proactive problem-solving.
• Evaluate project metrics and contractual guidelines and compile comprehensive commissioning reports.
• Stay ahead of project progress through clear communication and regular meetings.

What You'll Need

We seek individuals with unique technical expertise, communication skills, and leadership abilities. You need the following to succeed in this role:

• Relevant education and hands-on experience with integrated security systems.
• Availability to work both nationally and internationally.
• Proficiency with at least two systems: C-Cure, Lenel, Honeywell, S2, Genetec, AXIS, and Milestone.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Strong leadership attributes and the ability to manage teams effectively.
• Commercial awareness and an innate problem-solving mindset.
• The ability to stay composed and deliver results, even under pressure.
• Relevant technical expertise in testing, design, development, or operations.
• Excellent IT and analytical skills to manage complex systems and data.
