About the role

Arbolus is looking for an experienced professional for the role of a Project Lead to join our Insights team In India. Our Project Leads lead a team of Associates/Sr. Associates and are responsible for client delivery on all short/medium/long term projects. Our Project leads are customer obsessed and are constantly working towards providing great customer experience to our clients.

Key responsibilities you will be in charge of

• Lead the project delivery: Lead a team of Associates/Sr. Associates and manage project deliveries globally.
• Responsible for assigning projects, scoping and articulating the project needs clearly and providing support through-out the project delivery cycle.
• Is customer obsessed and ensures all the project meets the required SLAs. Prioritize the projects basis urgency and optimize team allocation to ensure effective project delivery.
• Champion Quality Control of deliverables by taking ownership of Quality and Sanity checks.
• Build relationships with key stakeholders and frequent users.Be a flagbearer of innovation and product development - provide regular feedback to the business and product team on process improvements, product enhancements etc. 
• Provides on the job coaching and mentorship to junior team members, codify and develop training programs and helps in new joiners onboarding.
• Prioritise the projects basis urgency and optimise team allocation to ensure effective project delivery.

• Partner with Associates and Senior Associates in jointly solving the projects needs through active brainstorming and effective solutioning.

Experience and Qualifications-

Candidate with 5+ years of experience in client deliverable roles in a professional services organisation such as Consulting, Executive search, Financial Services, Analysis, Market Research or Start-Up firms.
