Territory Manager - Respiratory Care

Tasks

In this role, you will be responsible for driving exceptional sales performance within your territory. Your primary goal will be to exceed sales targets, develop and nurture strong customer relationships, and maximize profitability.

This role would ideally suit a former ICU nurse with medical sales experience

Qualifications:

  • Strong sales background selling complex solutions to distributors and/or end users.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Results-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability and motivation to work remotely and visit customers 3-4 days/week across territory
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (salesforce)
  • Fluency in Italian and very good English skills

Requirements

  • Develop and execute comprehensive territory sales plans that include short-term and long-term goals, market analysis, and strategic tactics to capture new business opportunities.
  • Understand customer needs, address inquiries, and provide exceptional service to maximize customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by proactively prospecting and qualifying potential customers within your territory.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline to ensure a continuous flow of opportunities, effectively nurturing leads through the sales cycle.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our offerings.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management. Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and sales support functions to ensure seamless customer experiences.
