The Role:

As an Investment Director, you will take center stage in driving investment excellence and innovation. The Investment Director will work with top-tier investors, and make a meaningful impact in democratizing access to exclusive financial opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Building Winning Portfolios:

• Analyze and select global investment opportunities, including funds, equities, real estate, and money market instruments.
• Design & manage diversified portfolios tailored to various investor profiles (conservative, balanced, growth, and income).
• Continuously evaluate and refine portfolios to maximize performance and manage risks.

2. Performance monitoring:

• Track portfolio performance, comparing results against industry benchmarks.
• Develop and execute strategies to enhance returns while maintaining robust risk controls.

3. Driving Compliance and Advisory Excellence:

• Ensure portfolios and advisory practices meet CMA regulatory standards.
• Support the preparation of CMA reports and documentation to maintain regulatory standards.

4. Cultivating Client Relationships:

• Partner with relationship managers to align investment strategies with client objectives.
• Leverage your network and expertise to attract and retain high-net-worth clients.

5. Innovating the Future of Wealth Management:

• Contribute to the digitization of wealth management processes, enhancing client access to sophisticated tools and data.
• Stay ahead of global investment trends, fintech developments, and emerging best practices to keep the firm at the cutting edge.

What You Bring:

• CFA charterholder with proven expertise in wealth management, portfolio construction, or investment analysis.
• 5+ Years relevant experience in similar role
• Deep understanding of global financial markets and instruments.
• Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and tailoring strategies to their needs.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and risk management skills.
• Familiarity with CMA regulations for advisory and fund management.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building abilities.
