Our Digital Products and Channels Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Makatiin the role of Lead, Web Experience Designer.

In this role, you will drive digital product innovation and ensure exceptional customer experiences across banking services on various digital platforms. You will design and standardize end-to-end CX/UI/UX for both internal and 3rd party open banking partners. Your focus will be on creating superior digital experiences to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement, and long-term loyalty on the web application platform. Additionally, you will leverage data-driven insights, customer feedback, and analytics to improve behavioral modeling on product opportunities and potential risks.

What the role will entail

  • Collaborate with EWB BUs and product teams to digitize and onboard bank products across relevant customer channels using customer-centric design thinking.
  • Manage the lifecycle of all EWB/EWRB Multi-Product Digital Channels, including EasyWay, KOMO websites, and web portal applications, from ideation to evolution.
  • Design digital products and channels to offer superior customer experiences, driving satisfaction, engagement, and long-term loyalty.
  • Leverage customer data, analytics, and feedback to enhance behavioral modeling for product opportunities, propensity, and credit/operational risk insights.
  • Ensure a seamless, consistent customer experience across all digital channels to foster trust and reliability.
  • Oversee the development, testing, and management of digital products and features, maintaining a customer-centric focus.
  • Build and manage an innovation pipeline to introduce new digital products and enhance existing ones, ensuring market competitiveness and continuous improvement.


What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Fine Arts, or Technology.
  • At least 7 years of cumulative experience in Technology-based industries (IT, Telco, etc.), Digital start-ups, Banking and/or Fintech.
  • Minimum 4 years in an executive role within technology industries, start-ups, or banking/Fintech.
  • Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices in product development and channel management.
  • Knowledgeable in regulatory frameworks and rules.
  • Proven success in leading digital innovation and driving business growth through digital products and channels.
