Team Leader Loan Operations

Work setup: Hybrid (3x a week RTO in Mall of Asia Pasay)

Shift Schedule: Day Shift

Required Qualifications:

• Accounting, Finance, Business Graduate (Completed 12 Units of Accounting)
• 2-3 Years of handling Private or Commercial Loans with
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Intermediate MS Excel Skills (VLOOKUP, If, and, or, SumIf, and PivotTables)
• Leadership qualities with a positive and motivational approach to managing a team.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
