Fund Controller

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or Financial Management or a related discipline preferred
• 1-3 years of fund accounting background preferably with hedge fund and/or private equity industry experience
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Suite, specifically ExcelVLOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, Pivot TablesJr. Fund Reporting Analyst, Fund Reporting Analyst I, and Fund Reporting Analyst II
• Experience working with large sets of data is a plus
• Highly organized self-starter with experience coordinating multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of alternative investments a plus
• Amenable to working on a night shiftschedule
• Amenable to working on ahybrid setup (2-4x RTO/month) in MOA, Pasay

Job Description

• Review monthly hedge fund and quarterly private equity fund NAV files prepared by a third-party administrator
• Aggregate, compile, and normalize large sets of hedge fund and private equity investor data including investor positions and transactions, such as commitments, subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, etc.
• Ensure data integrity for all standardized and customizable reporting
• Work closely with Client Service, Fund Reporting, and other internal Customer departments
• Support fund controller in feeder fund annual audit
• Assist in implementing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Assist in the development of efficient processes and procedures; work with the technology team to automate workflows
• Develop, implement, and maintain procedures
• Ensure timely deliverables of all reports
• Additional responsibilities are to be determined based on capacity, skill, and interest.
