Job Description

We are seekingan experienced Senior Project Manager with extensive land development experience.

As a Senior Project Manager, you

• Represent the firm in client meetings, define the Scope of Work, prepare cost estimates, conduct site assessments, set project timelines, and finalize proposals.
• Ensure the success of the profit center by overseeing and participating in team design, production, quality control, training, and employee performance management.
• Contribute to regional and company-wide decision-making and growth strategies through regular meetings.
• Lead with Full Circle Thinking and provide positive leadership to both the region and the company.
• Hold a PE license and manage up to two Project Managers while directly supervising up to four non-supervisory staff members.

Other responsibilities include:

• Support business development efforts for potential clients.
• Oversee the preparation of plans, technical reports, cost estimates, and other deliverables for clients.
• Monitor project budgets, provide billing guidance and change order requests, prepare invoices, and manage negotiations and finalization of back charges.
