Job Summary:

The client is seeking a Principal Civil Engineer to lead the office into the next decade. We are a staff of highly skilled and motivated civil engineers, surveyors, designers and drafters planning to double in size over the next few years. We specialize in all types of residential and commercial land development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
• Active Professional Civil Engineer (PE) license in California.
• At least 10 years of professional experience in civil engineering, focusing on land development within the local region.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Comprehensive understanding of stormwater regulations.
• Strong expertise in grading, storm drainage, and utility design.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and effectively lead junior engineers and CAD team members.
