French-Speaking Customer Service Representative - Early & Late Shifts Lisbon, Portugal | 6-Month Contract (CDD) | On-site

Position Overview

Start Date: January 30, 2025 Location: Lisbon, Portugal Contract: 6-month fixed-term (CDD)

Schedule

• Monday to Friday: 06:00 AM - 22:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
• Weekends Off: Saturday and Sunday
• Special Benefit: Uber allowance up to 25 for early morning (6 AM) shifts

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: 890 (14 months) = 12,460 annually
• Performance Bonus: 90 (12 months) = 1,080 annually
• Total Potential Annual Earnings: 13,540
• Health Insurance from day one

Key Requirements

• Native or fluent French speaker (C1/C2 level)
• Professional English proficiency (B2 minimum)
• Customer service orientation
• Flexibility for rotational shifts
• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving abilities

Main Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels
• Provide first-line customer support
• Process and document customer interactions
• Meet quality and performance metrics
