Location: Lisbon
Languages Required: German (Fluent)
Contract Type: 6-month CDD (Fixed-Term Contract)
Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
• Saturday and Sunday: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM
• 2 Rotational Days Off per week

Job Description:
As a Search Engine/Technical Customer Service Representative, you will provide assistance to German-speaking customers with technical queries related to search engine services. You will handle inquiries, resolve technical issues, and offer support to enhance user experience. The role requires a proactive approach and effective communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Fluent in German (written and spoken)
• Proficiency in additional languages (French, Italian, Dutch) is a plus
