Implant Nurse

Dental Careers are currently assisting a dental practices located in Berkshire/Oxfordshire/Buckinghamshire area to recruit an Implant Nurse to join their teams on a permanent basis.

Payment: Competitive salary based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Covering several sites

Assisting the dentist during implant surgeries and procedures.

Preparing and sterilizing instruments and ensuring a sterile environment.

Providing post-operative care and patient instructions.

Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring compliance with CQC and GDC regulations.

Offering excellent patient care before, during, and after procedures.

Managing the implant inventory and liaising with suppliers.

Ensuring the smooth running of the surgery by organizing instruments and preparing the room for implant procedures.

Requirements:

Qualification as a Dental Nurse (Registered with GDC).

Experience in dental implant procedures is highly desirable.

Strong understanding of infection control protocols.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Compassionate, caring, and able to reassure patients.

Travel and own car required

Full UK driving licence.
