Qualifications: 

• 3-5 years of experience in BPO; 2 Years experience in Sales Order Management in Retail/Consumer/Manufacturing (related job roles: business analyst, reporting and data analyst, data management)
• The candidate should have expert Sales Order Management Knowledge
• The candidate should have strong focus on driving quality of reports (Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate - must have skills)
• Standardization of reports
