Job Details:

  • Freight Type: Dry Van 100% no touch, 60% drop & hook
  • Weekly Pay: $1,300 - $1,400 (based on experience)
  • Mileage pay : $0.56-$0.64 based on verifiable experience
  • Detention, Layover, and Extra Stop Pay
  • 24-hour Dispatch
  • Mileage: Average 2000 - 2,100 miles per week
  • Home Time: Every week for 34-48 hours
  • Orientation: Paid $300 on your first pay check
  • Bonus Potential: Monthly bonus up to $0.08 CPM (fuel, safety, performance)

Truck Features:

Recent CDL A Graduates:

Requirements:

  • Must have a Class A CDL
  • At least 120 hours from an accredited truck driving school

Training:

  • Training type: Regional & OTR
  • Duration: 4-6 weeks
  • Training pay: $650/week
  • Home every other week for 34-48 hours
  • Dog & Rider allowed after training completion
  • Paid orientation $300

Requirements:

  • Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDL
  • Minimum of 6months of verifiable Class A OTR driving experience in the last year or 1 year in the past 5 years.

Employment History:

  • Solid 10-year work history with no significant gaps outside of schooling or training (6 months in the last year or 1 year in the last 3 years maximum).
  • No more than 4 jobs in the last year, with no terminations due to safety violations.

Driving Record:

  • No more than 2 moving violations in the last year.
  • No serious traffic violations in the last year (e.g., speeding over 15 mph, reckless driving).
  • No more than 1 DOT recordable preventable accident in the last 2 years; no major accidents in the last 5 years
  • No DUIs in the last 5 years and no more than one in a lifetime.
  • Cannot have failed or refused a DOT Drug or alcohol test
  • No Clearing House Violations
  • NO SAP Drivers

Criminal background

  • No misdemeanours or felonies in the last ten years and none involving children ever

Drug Testing

  • Must pass a hair follicle and urine test during orientation, with no failed or refused DOT drug/alcohol tests.

This position offer great and thorough training while getting you home every other week. Drivers will get lots of miles and earn good money while getting home every other week for two days. If you want to stay out longer to make more money you can, but that is 100% up to you.
