Job Title: Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative (On-site)
Location: Porto, Portugal (On-site 100%)
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Italian-Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Porto, Portugal. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support to our Italian-speaking clients. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Italian (C2 level) and have a good working knowledge of English (B2 level), along with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to Italian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with resolving product and service-related issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by offering effective solutions and maintaining a positive attitude.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to meet customer needs.
- Achieve performance targets for response times, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction.
Work Schedule:
Rotating shifts, 24/7, Monday to Sunday, with the following times:
- 07:00 AM - 04:00 PM
- 02:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 10:30 PM - 07:30 AM
Salary & Benefits:
- Base Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
- Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (net).
- Relocation Assistance:
- For candidates relocating from outside Portugal: A room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months, at a cost of €280/month (all utilities included), deducted from your payslip.
- Reimbursement of Airfare: Up to €400 (Economy Class) after six months of employment.
- For candidates relocating from within Portugal: Reimbursement of travel costs up to €150 (Economy Class) after six months of employment, for those currently living in competitors' accommodation.
- Temporary Accommodation:
- For candidates relocating from outside Portugal: A hotel room for up to 28 days, depending on the project.
- For candidates relocating from within Portugal: A hotel room for up to 15 days, depending on the project.
Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Italian (C2 level) and proficient in English (B2 level).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, shift-based environment.
- Valid EU ID or equivalent documents (e.g., Residence Card, Manifestação de Interesse, Visas under consultation).

- Meal Allowance: €7.63 per working day (net).
- Transport Allowance: Not provided.
