Job Title: Content Moderator of Social Media

Location: On-site in Porto

Contract Type: 6-month contract

Shift Schedule: 24/7 Monday to Sunday rotative shifts

• 07:00 - 16:00
• 14:00 - 23:00
• 22:30 - 07:30

Requirements:

• Languages: C2 proficiency in Italian, B2 proficiency in English
• Skills:
  • Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of PC
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
  • Attention to detail and dependability
  • Skilled in multi-tasking and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
  • Tolerance for repetitive tasks
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Customer service orientation and patience in all customer contact situations
• Education: Associate degree in a related field (preferred) or 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
• Other Qualities: Strong attention to detail, flexible schedule, and ability to maintain a professional tone

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing and moderating content to ensure it adheres to community standards
• Handling user-generated content across multiple platforms
• Managing high-volume work in a fast-paced environment
• Collaborating with the team to maintain a safe and welcoming online space
