Key Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will:

• Assist customers via calls, emails, or chat with professionalism and empathy.
• ️ Solve issues and provide accurate information to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage and update customer records in internal systems.
• Go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.
• Understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
• Handle inquiries about products, services, or bookings (depending on the project).

• Contract: Initial 6-month contract with potential for renewal.
• Salary: Competitive, with 14 monthly payments per year.
• ️ Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day (via meal card).
• Transport Allowance: 20 per month.

• Schedule: Flexible shifts (rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday).

Skills & Competencies:

• Completed high school diploma.
• Fluency in Portuguese (C2) and English (B2).
• ️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and work in a team environment.
• Previous experience in customer service or related areas is a plus but not required.
