Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nursing Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing with a passion for patient care and a commitment to providing high-quality services.

Responsibilities:

- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities

- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans

- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

- Adhere to all healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations

- Continuously assess and evaluate patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans

- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals

- Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain professional knowledge and skills

- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families

- Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients and staff

- Handle emergencies and crisis situations in a calm and efficient manner

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field

- Valid nursing license in Saudi Arabia

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a nursing role

- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families

- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Proficient in using electronic medical records and other healthcare software

- Fluency in English, both written and verbal

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
