Key Responsibilities:

Generate and manage a client portfolio, focusing on conversion/retention strategies

Build and lead a team of Forex agents, ensuring effective collaboration and training

Achieve conversion and retention targets, maximizing profit potential

Foster relationships with clients, addressing their needs and providing stellar service

Stay updated with market trends and financial regulations

Requirements:

Proven experience in Forex trading/sales

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proficiency in one or more of the following languages: Japanese, Serbian, Czech, German, Polish, French, English, Spanish, Italian, Canada, or Portuguese

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market demands
