As part of a global digital leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer experiences to our clients in the Dutch market. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver top-notch Customer Success for our Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support
• Assist with onboarding, training, and guiding clients through our digital platforms
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries with precision and care
• Collaborate with our cross-functional teams to continuously improve processes and customer satisfaction
• Monitor customer health metrics, ensuring that clients maximize the value of our digital solutions
• Drive engagement and advocate for the customer within the organization

Preferred Experience:

• ️ Experience in digital marketing or a similar field (not mandatory, but a big plus!)
• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is a must
• Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Customer Support roles is a plus
• A strong problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Tech-savvy and adaptable to learning new tools and systems

Requirements:

• EU citizen or Portuguese resident with a valid resident card
• Fluent in Dutch and comfortable communicating in English (both spoken and written)
