The ideal candidate seeks a part time role, 25 hours minimum and flexible hours and is able to demonstrate food & beverage health and safety experience.

Key Responsibilities: 

Provide expert advice, coaching, and training to senior teams and line managers on H&S policies, procedures, and risk assessments.Develop and enforce health and safety plans, policies, and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal guidelines and company standards.Conduct inspections of equipment, operations, and facilities, identifying risks and ensuring adherence to safety laws and best practices.Manage statutory safety inspections, investigate incidents, and implement measures to prevent reoccurrence, improving workplace safety culture.Lead H&S training, presentations, and hazard reporting to promote proactive safety practices and workforce engagement.

The ideal candidate is able to demonstrate experience from past health and safety position within food & beverage.
