Your Role: Making Customer Journeys Exceptional
As a Polish-Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering top-notch service and support to customers via phone and email in Polish and English. Your key responsibilities include:
- Providing clear, friendly, and efficient customer support regarding airline products, services, and the frequent flyer program.
- Resolving inquiries and issues with professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Managing and following up on customer processes, including informing clients about updates.
- Handling offline tasks, such as processing forms, emails, and tickets.
- Documenting all interactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Escalating critical customer well-being issues when required.
- Meeting or exceeding departmental productivity goals.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Training Program: Comprehensive 20-day training (8 hours/day), fully compensated (92.80/week).
- Salary options:
- for international candidates: 1,040.68 EUR gross/month (includes base salary, room allowance, Christmas and holiday bonuses, and food allowance).
- For locals: 1295 EUR gross/month (includes base salary, Christmas and holiday bonuses, and food allowance).

Schedule & Location:
- Work Hours: 40 hours/week (8-hour shifts), rotational schedule between Monday and Sunday, 24/7 coverage.

- Location: Lisbon city center a vibrant and lively hub.
