Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Recruitment Operations for Volume and Corporate hiring
• Manage sourcing strategies and end-to-end recruitment processes
• Ensure effective hiring for volume requirements in the BPO sector

Requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years of end-to-end recruitment experience, specifically in BPO
• At least 4 years of experience as a Senior Manager in recruitment
• Strong background in managing high-volume hiring initiatives
