MENTAL HEALTH SUPPORT SPECIALIST Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Position Overview: We are currently seeking bilingual Mental Health Support Specialists to join our team in Lisbon. This role focuses on providing professional support services to our international client base.

Position Details: Location: Lisbon (On-Site) Schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 17:00 Compensation: 1,100 (14 monthly payments) Start Date: January 13, 2025

Required Languages:

• French (C1 Level)
• English (C1 Level)

Core Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming support requests
• Conduct initial client assessments
• Provide crisis intervention support
• Document client interactions accurately
• Coordinate with healthcare professionals
• Maintain confidential client records
• Ensure quality service delivery
• Follow established protocols and procedures

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in relevant field
• Proven C1 proficiency in French and English
• Previous experience in mental health support
• Strong communication skills
• Professional demeanor
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Experience with support systems
