Petrochemical Trader

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Petrochemical Trader / Sales:

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the marketing and sales of petrochemical products.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both existing and potential customers.
• Prepare regular sales and performance reports, analyze data to enhance sales strategies, and support management decision-making.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach and grow the customer base.
• Generate new leads through networking, cold-calling, and participation in industry events.
• Monitor market risks, including price volatility and currency fluctuations, to mitigate trading risks.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, organizational policies, and legal requirements in all trading activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the management team.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Chemistry, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in trading or sales within the chemical or related industries.
• Strong knowledge of the chemical market, product specifications, and global supply chains.
• Demonstrated success in trading and sales, with expertise in prospecting, lead generation, and deal closure.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and build external partnerships.

Additional Information:

• Salary:Up to SGD 15,000 +AWS +VB (2 - 3 Months)
• Working Location: Suntec
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
