Location & Work Arrangement

• Based in Lisbon, Portugal
• On-site position
• Start Date: January 30, 2025

Schedule

• Weekdays (Mon-Fri): 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
• Weekends (Sat-Sun): 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• 2 rotating days off per week
• 40-hour work week

Compensation & Benefits Base Package:

• Monthly Salary: 895 (paid over 14 months)
• Christmas Allowance: 95 monthly (12 months)
• Holiday Allowance: 120 monthly (12 months)
• Total Monthly Gross: 1,040 - 1,366

Additional Benefits:

• Daily Meal Allowance: 7.23 (tax-free, via meal card)
• Health Insurance (after 6 months)
• Training Allowance: 92.80 gross during initial training
• Daily Allowance: 18.56 gross

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via multiple channels (phone, email, chat)
• Provide product information and technical support
• Process customer requests and maintain accurate records
• Resolve customer complaints effectively
• Meet quality and performance metrics
• Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery

Required Qualifications

• Native or fluent French (mandatory)
• Additional language skills valued (Italian, German, or Dutch)
• Strong communication abilities
• Customer-service oriented mindset
• Problem-solving capabilities
• Adaptability to changing situations
• Basic computer proficiency

Training Program
