Customer Service Representative (German Speaking) Lisbon, Portugal | On-Site | 6-Month Fixed-Term Contract

About the Position We are seeking a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Lisbon. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment while providing exceptional customer support.

Location

  • Lisbon, Portugal (Oriente area)
  • On-site position

Working Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Rotational shifts)
  • 40 hours per week
  • Weekends off

Compensation Package

  • Base Salary: 895 (paid over 14 months)
  • Performance Bonuses
  • Daily Meal Allowance: 7.23 (net, via Edenred card)
  • Health Insurance (after 6 months)
  • Language Bonus

Relocation Support

  • Flight ticket reimbursement (conditions apply)

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through multiple channels
  • Provide product information and support

Required Qualifications

  • Native or fluent German (C1/C2 level)
  • Professional English proficiency (B2 minimum)
