C&B Officer

Were looking for a Compensation and Benefits Officer (C&B Officer) to manage employee contracts, administer employee benefits, and ensure compliance with regulations. This person will play a key role in maintaining accurate records, implementing policy changes, and supporting employee inquiries, contributing to overall employee satisfaction and organizational well-being.

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in C&B administration, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude toward addressing challenges.

Responsibility

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage the administration of employee compensation effectively and timely, including monthly payroll, salary benchmarking, personal income tax, incentive programs, and salary review processes;
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, social insurance, well-being allowances, and other employee perks.
  • Handle employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits, providing clear and accurate information;
  • Assist in the development and implementation of compensation structures and strategies to attract and retain top talent;
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on HRIS, ensuring that changes in employment status are promptly reflected;
  • Monitor and implement the company's labor management & labor legislation;
  • Manage the paperwork process related to foreign staff including but not limited to: visas, work permits, temporary resident cards, etc.
  • Maintain regular contacts and ensure a comprehensive knowledge of current labor regulations, policies, and procedures of the company;
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits administration, and make recommendations for continuous improvement;
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Management (research, translation, etc.).

Key skills and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in all Compensation & Benefits matters, including payroll, social insurance, personal income tax, and benefits program;
  • Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management in companies with over 200 employees;
  • Adequate knowledge of current labor rules and regulations;
  • Good English communication skills;
  • Proficient in MS Office, Google Suite (Doc, Spreadsheet, etc.) and experienced using HRIS;
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills;
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and communication skills, with a proactive attitude toward addressing challenges;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously;
  • Trustworthy, responsible, detail-oriented, and organized;
  • Shows initiative and has a strong work ethic.
