General Manager

About the Role:

As the General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations, including budgeting, planning, supply chain, logistics, production, and inventory management. You will play a critical role in driving production efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with quality, environmental, and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop site operational strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
• Oversee production planning, supply chain, and inventory management to deliver high customer satisfaction.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring effective collaboration internally and externally.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards (ISO9001, ISO14001), Thai labor laws, customs regulations, and tax requirements.

What Were Looking For:

• 3-5 years experience in a manufacturing General Management role or similar, ideally in plastic extrusion or similar fields.
• A degree in business, engineering, or supply chain is preferred.
• Proven expertise in production and assembly management, operational best practices, and change management.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
• Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Thai or Mandarin is an advantage.
