NOC Team Lead

A reputable MNC is looking to hire a NOC Team Lead (Service Delivery) to be based at their Petaling Jaya office.

• Manage technical services and operations for assigned accounts, ensuring alignment with SLAs
• Lead and mentor the team, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing to enhance technical expertise
  
• Monitor incident tickets, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where necessary
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address and resolve critical incidents efficiently
• Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, providing expert guidance and support
• Collaborate with customers to address technical requirements, conduct quarterly reviews and ensure satisfaction with delivered services
• Participate in customer meetings, contributing technical insights and strategies to enhance service delivery
• Drive process improvements to optimize service delivery and ensure compliance with organizational standards

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of TCP/IP protocols, routing, network configuration and troubleshooting methodologies
• Hands-on experience with networking equipment, including routers, switches and packet analysis tools
• Hands on experience in leading a team
• Proven track record of managing complex network projects and ensuring SLA compliance
