• Attractive Pay: Average gross pay of $2,000 each week.
• Consistent Miles: Drive an average of 1,800 miles and 4 loads per week.
• Pay Structure That Rewards You:
  • Base Pay: $0.70 - $0.80 per mile based on your experience.
  • Unload Pay: Earn $240 for each unload.
  • Stop Pay: Get $25 for every stop.
  • Backhaul Pay: Additional $50 for backhauls.
• Home Time: Enjoy quality family time with a minimum weekly reset of 34 hours.

Hands-On Responsibilities:

• Deliver goods across ND, SD, NE, KS, OK, AR, MO, IA, MN, WI, IL, KY, TN, and IN.
• 100% Touch Freight: You’ll be responsible for manually unloading cargo at each stop. This means every day brings new challenges and rewards!

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum 3 months of recent OTR or regional driving experience in the last 3 years.
• Testing: Must pass hair follicle and urine tests.
• Clean Record: No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years, and no more than 2 within the last 12 months.
• Safety First: No major violations in the past year, and only one in the last three years. Keep incidents to a minimum—no more than 4 in the last 3 years.
